The study was conducted on a total of 30 male volunteers between the ages of 16 and 22. Subjects were divided into aerobic, anaerobic, and sedentary groups based on their training specialties. The aerobic group consisted of 8 trained cyclists, while the anaerobic group consisted of 3 sprinters, 4 football players, and 5 wrestlers. Both the aerobic and anaerobic groups had trained for at least one year. The sedentary group comprised 10 students from different departments of Punjabi University, Patiala, who did not participate in any regular exercise program. The main aim of the study was to compare the ECG responses to graded treadmill exercise among the aerobic, anaerobic, and sedentary groups, and to report the effect of exercise intensity on the ECG. All subjects completed a graded treadmill test using the Modified Bruce Protocol, which consisted of nine stages, each lasting 3 minutes. The exercise test was performed on an electrical treadmill.
