Right of withdrawal

 You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs of returning the product from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs are approximately 7.25 per parcel; please check your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the trader with all accessories supplied and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days of being notified of your return, provided that the product has already been received back in good order.

 Please note:  
 Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:

 

1. For sealed products. Once the seal has been broken, these products cannot be returned.
2. which have been made by the trader according to the consumer's specifications;
3. which are clearly personal in nature;
4. which by their nature cannot be returned;
5. which can spoil or age quickly;
6. whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the trader has no influence;
7. for loose newspapers and magazines;
8. for audio and video recordings and computer software whose seal has been broken by the consumer.
