Warranty

We give our products and logically we do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens so that you can claim warranty. Pursuant to European law, we are liable for any defect of conformity that comes to light within a period of two years after the delivery of the goods. You can have additional rights on the basis of Dutch law.
If you discover or should discover a lack of the product, you must contact us within a reasonable period of time. A reasonable period is at least two months. Under circumstances, a period of longer than two months can also be acceptable.
If you contact us in time, we will ensure a free repair or replacement.

 

Complaint

It can always happen that something is not entirely as planned. We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by emailing to Happygetfit@gmail.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation through the Webwinkelkeur Foundation via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found on http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet processed elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the European Union platform.
