Top 5 best sports equipment for home - Happygetfit

Do you want to exercise but don't have time to go to the gym? Here are the recommendations of HappygetFit.

Because I wanted to stay fit and I wanted to maintain myself physically, I signed up for the gym 2 years ago. Unfortunately, after 2 months I didn't take the time to get there (I had a 20 -minute drive and closer might have made a difference). That is € 550 that I spent for around 10 sessions. Au! € 55 per session, I did not receive a return on my 1 year subscription.

When I was visiting a friend, I noticed that she had an elliptical trainer in the house. I had seen it before, but had not really paid to it yet. She told me she had bought it a year ago and that she used it every other day during the nap of her little girl. This is this model (on Happygetfit.com).

After our discussion on the subject and after personal reflection, I decide to buy my own sports device for home. Yes, but what to choose? Which sports device choose? I have no place like in a gym and I can't afford it financially to buy 3 or 4 different devices.

1- De Rower The rower is one of the best home sports equipment. It ensures that 80% of the body muscles work intensively. It is not my favorite or most popular device, but it is the most effective exercise bike for weight loss and muscle building. The rower is the device used by most athletes for physical preparation.

Choosing the right rower can make the difference, in fact there are various resistance technologies for sale. If you want a silent rower, take a magnetic rower, for real resistance, take an air model, if you want a rowing experience, take a water model etc.

2- The Elliptical Trainer The elliptical trainer provides movement halfway between a stepper and an exercise bike. For no specific medical reason, 3/4 of the users is a woman. Why? Because the elliptical trainer is praised for his movement that essentially trains the thighs and buttocks for better curves (but also casually the arms, calves and abdominal muscles).

The elliptical trainer takes on floor space. Don't forget to reserve a place in your house, because it is a device that is not easy to move. Also consider choosing a model with programs on the screen to vary the effort.

3- The Exercise Bike The exercise bike is very popular in France and thousands of copies are sold every week. They are popular because of their low purchase costs and because of the small amount of space they take. They are generally foldable.

Keep in mind that the practice movement can be boring and only the lower part of the body works. Consider going to the higher segment by choosing an exercise bike with more flexible stairs with a heavier flywheel and a screen with built -in programs to alternate your efforts.

4- The treadmill Another very popular training device in the gym is the treadmill. The big advantage of this device is that it can run all year round in every weather, dry and warm. This exercise trains the lower part of the body.

The treadmill is appreciated and adjusted by everyone. The first price mats have small motorbikes and small treadmills that are only suitable for walking. If you want to run and want to fully benefit from the slope, alternation of speed and damping, you must increase the range.

5- De Stepper The Stepper is one of the first sports equipment that has passed through the doors of apartments and single -family homes. It is an exercise that trains the calves, thighs and buttocks.

Just like the elliptical trainer, the Stepper is mainly used by the cleaner gender. For the price of jeans you can strengthen your buttock muscles and thighs in a few minutes a day. As with any device, this is a great exercise as long as it is used regularly.

Note: some low-end steppers are not stable, choose a model that is heavy and wide enough.
